Getting Kids Off Of Junk Food....

 

If your child clings to their junk food like a tongue to a frozen pole, try these methods out to get them to eat less junk food and more healthy food.

 

From now on set a rule that for every soda they drink - they have to drink a large glass of water.

 

For every cookie/candy/potato chips/etc. - they have to eat 2 fruits or veggies.

 

This will help inject a lot more balance into your child's diet.

 

Ideally, we want to get them off of junk food almost completely… but we might have to do it one step at a time!

 

This is a great first step
